What You’ll Be Doing
You will be involved in many aspects of training, operations, compliance, and team building. This encompasses, but is not limited to the following:1. Training Support & DeliveryAssist in watching and rating driver performance, providing feedback under supervision.Shadow qualified trainers during training sessions and help with preparation.Participate in driver coaching and training courses.Support on-route evaluations and safety briefings.Support internal training and TETA-aligned initiatives.Help with driver inductions and refresher training.Help to improve and update training manuals and materials.
2. Administrative & ComplianceKeep accurate training records, attendance registers, and files.Update internal learning management systems with training data.Monitor license and PrDP expiration dates to ensure compliance.Generate training reports and help measure progress.Provide critical administrative assistance, such as scheduling and paperwork.
3. Operational Support
Assist with vehicle dispatch and daily operating logistics.Check and monitor the training vehicle conditions and maintenance schedules.Participate in audits, investigations, and inspections to ensure quality.
4. Driver Performance & Safety
