Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional client service across various communication channels, addressing queries and complaints within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Business-related qualification
- Product training
- Proficient in English and one other official South African language (e.g., Afrikaans, Zulu, Xhosa) (preferred)
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with business-specific products and procedures (preferred)
Duties and Responsibilities
Internal Process
- Professionally resolve client queries within SLAs.
- Own and resolve client complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information and required documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date client records in the system.
- Complete administrative tasks within deadlines.
- Comply with legislative and company guidelines.
- Report system or process failures to enhance client satisfaction.
Client Interaction
- Investigate client issues and provide timely feedback.
- Escalate unresolved matters to appropriate departments.
- Offer accurate after-sales advice and support.
- Maintain reports on service delivery aligned with SLAs.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Team Collaboration
- Foster a collaborative work environment with peers and stakeholders.
