Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional client service across various communication channels, addressing queries and complaints within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Business-related qualification
  • Product training
  • Proficient in English and one other official South African language (e.g., Afrikaans, Zulu, Xhosa) (preferred)
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with business-specific products and procedures (preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities

Internal Process

  • Professionally resolve client queries within SLAs.
  • Own and resolve client complaints effectively.
  • Provide accurate information and required documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records in the system.
  • Complete administrative tasks within deadlines.
  • Comply with legislative and company guidelines.
  • Report system or process failures to enhance client satisfaction.

Client Interaction

  • Investigate client issues and provide timely feedback.
  • Escalate unresolved matters to appropriate departments.
  • Offer accurate after-sales advice and support.
  • Maintain reports on service delivery aligned with SLAs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Team Collaboration

  • Foster a collaborative work environment with peers and stakeholders.
  • Support change initiatives and maintain a positive attitude.
