Requirements:

• Grade 8 and ability to read and write
• Good verbal communication
• No criminal record
• Medically fit

Key Performance Areas:

• Stopping traffic to ensure pedestrians can cross safely
• Assisting physically challenged individuals or anyone needing additional help to cross the road
• Keeping accurate records of incidents, start, and end times
• Activating pedestrian signals when applicable
