Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced General Assistant (Trolleys) at King Phalo Airport within the Operations Management division.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and report unserviceable equipment to relevant stakeholders.
Deploy equipment daily as required.
Safeguard company assets.
Adhere to statutory regulations, SOPs, operational standards, policies, and practices.
Mitigate risks to prevent injuries.
Identify and implement risk control measures to minimize company liability.
Compile and submit general operational constraint reports.
Monitor and report trolley stock levels.
Conduct trolley counts as needed.
Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders for efficient operations.
Assist and engage with customers when required.
Plan resources based on demand and supply.
Monitor resources to ensure operational needs are met.
Assist with asset verification as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Education: Grade 12 (essential).
License: Code B (advantageous).
