Job Purpose
- To enhance the lives of our clients by providing excellent client service, fulfilling and exceeding the client’s needs, and using the Global One product offering in order to support our clients to Bank Better and Live Better
Ideal:
- More than 1 year’s client service experience within a retail/ financial/ banking environment
- Demonstrated track record of engaging in a sales and client facing environment
Minimum Requirement
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- 3 to 6 months previous client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment OR if there is no experience, a candidate with a relevant tertiary qualification can be considered
Added Advantage
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or Similar
- Certification in Finance or Banking
Knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of:
- Basic calculations
- Retail/consumer service environment
Ideal:
- Knowledge and understanding of:
- Capitec Bank Products
- Internal business processes and procedures
- Organizational Policies, including (but not limited to) the Branch Credit Granting Policy principles (BCGP),
Skills
- Communications Skills
- Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Conditions of Employment
- Clear criminal and credit records
- Must have fingerprints which are detectable or recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
