Learnership Purpose

This programme provides structured workplace learning to help you:

• Gain commercial and sales skills
• Learn merchandising and stock management
• Understand customer service and order processes
• Build real-world retail experience

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Execution & Merchandising

• Execute daily store visits and merchandising plans
• Ensure correct product display and stock rotation
• Maintain product visibility and availability
• Conduct iRED surveys and follow execution standards

Customer Support

• Assist customers with ordering via the MyCCBA platform
• Help implement promotions in stores
• Support brand visibility initiatives

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales Team Members
• Receive training and support from the Account Developer
• Learn about customer behavior and sales strategies

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) with:
  • Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
  • English + another language (minimum 40%)
• Must be a South African citizen
• Aged between 18 – 35 years
• Must be unemployed
• No criminal or bad credit record
• Must not be studying full-time or in another learnership
• Must not have completed a similar learnership before

Advantageous

• Driver’s License
• Post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing

Learnership Details

• Duration: 12 months
• Qualification requires 120 credits
• Work schedule: Up to 6 days per week
