Minimum Requirements: Client Service Officer

  • Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate

Key Responsibilities: Client Service Officer

  • Provide screening services to clients
  • Process applications for UIF benefits
  • Register and manage payment continuation forms
  • Perform general administrative functions within the Labour Centre
