Available Learnership Programme

Discovery Health – Long Term Insurance Learnership

This programme offers a blend of structured classroom learning and workplace experience.
You’ll work closely with Discovery’s Health division in various departments, including:

• Call Centre: Handling medical aid client servicing and queries.
• Claims Administration: Processing medical claims efficiently and accurately.
• New Business: Managing onboarding and account setup for new clients.
• Health Benefits Administration: Supporting members and ensuring smooth operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
• Minimum subject performance:
  • Maths: Level 4 (50%)
  • English: Level 4 (50%)
  • Maths Literacy: Level 5 (60%)
  • Second Language: Level 4 (50%)
• Must not be currently employed or studying full-time.
• Ages 18–25 years preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel & MS Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Advantage:

• Candidates with an incomplete tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
